INTRO
I led the overhaul of our Google paid ads lead generation funnel. Our original funnel created a ton of friction and focused on qualifying leads. This new funnel focuses on giving the user something enticing and relevant to their search terms. The hypothesis that exchanging value was succsssful and doubled overall flow completion from 7% to 14%.
SOLUTION
The solution repurposes our AI Search onboarding flow with several additional screens to ensure the most relevant properties are displayed after completing the flow.

LEAD SCORE AD FUNNEL
The original design focuses on qualiyfing leads and generating a lead score used internally.

PERSONALIZED LISTINGS AD FUNNEL
The new design entices user with a reward relevant to their search parameters (new homes for sale).
